It's bright with big beds and good views.

Spotless units with nice decor, an iron, for example, and the staff were efficient. The location was good and unbeatable, for example, Soi Bintabaht Walking Street was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel❤

freshly cooked and good breakfast options, the food was fine. the room was tidy and huge, with all the necessary equipment except for an iron, i greatly enjoyed it.

I had a top quality twin room with a nice view to a gas station and far from the beach.
Some people working there were silly.

Would stay here again without hesitation, no complaints whatsoever, enjoyed our stay.

I booked it many times and can recommend. The breakfast was freshly cooked and enjoyable, the staff was service-oriented, the grounds were spotlessly clean. The room I got was huge and neat with separate bedroom.

Location: the hotel was really close to Hua Hin beach and the bars.
Views appeared to be not very nice.

The hotel is well-maintained and perfectly clean, nestled in an immaculately clean building with particularly nice view to a gas station and far from the beach. The units are new-fashioned, tidy. Everyone who works in the property is very helpful and competent.

I had a very enjoyable vacation at Royal Pavilion. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were well trained, friendly, and very polite. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet in the hotel. I had a great experience.

Comfortable environment, nice and clean hotel,
A bit far from the happening beach side that need walk around 15 ~ 20 minutes to reach there.

Staff tried really hard to ensure we were comfortable. They were fast to rectify the uncooked food we ordered from room service and replace the batteries in our remote control when it died. They also came to check our wi fii when it was difficult to pick it up. The minivan we took home recommended by the hotel staff (just outside the hotel) was excellent and felt very safe (good driver). We couldn't bear going by train back.
The white, white, white decor! I like a bit of colour in my hotel room. This one felt sparce and sterile. Also, the room service was soooo slow...when we ordered up chicken satay upon our arrival (we were famished after a long train ride), the food came up almost entirely raw. We'd only been waiting 40 mins for it to arrive - so you'd think 40 mins would be enough time to cook the food? Also, the wi-fii could only be picked up in the one corner of the room (I had to sit in that corner on the floor to get it). Next, on the second night my 4 year old son had an "accident" and the next day I requested our room to be made up so that the sheets from his bed could be washed. The room was never made up, so once again, we had to ring room service. Finally, the hotel is far to far away from everything but the night market. We felt constantly harrassed as we walked through Hua Hin township to get to the beach, by the street hawkers. It feflt like we had ATM stuck to our forheads. We're not sure we'll be back.
